Human DC Cell Lines

Hi! This is my first post on this forum. I am looking for Human DC cell lines to be applied in vaccine studies.  I have already found two of them, KG-1 and MUTZ-3 but I have certain doubts to choose... The goal is use one of  this cell lines in order to obtain differenciated DC. Has anyone worked with any of this cell lines that could recomend me?
