hi ,

i know that 5-fluorouracil suppose to decrease glutathione levels
but in my experiment it doesnt
the GSH levels are more higher than normal
why do u think this happened?

You need to elaborate. How do you measure or detect that? Confocal microscope? Do you run controls?
