Yeast CEN plasmid

Hi this is kannan,
I am working with yeast CEN/ARS plasmid, when I compared to expression in Wild type cells expressed under native promoter.  CEN/ARS plasmid shows only 30% of WT cells.
My question is what will be the expression level between CEN plasmid and native promoter.
