Hey guys-
Anyone ever succesfully use Qiagen/SABioscience's PCR Arrays with SYBR green master mixes from other companies? If so which product was it?
Obviously they say you HAVE to use their products, but just wondering what other labs' experiences are doing otherwise...thanks.

I made mastermix by myself and added SYBR Green in that mixture. It is working fine for me.
The disadvantage of this is, first you need to Optimize conditions using cDNA RT PCR then only you can go for qRT PCR.
