I have doubt to predict my research gene GADD45A TSS in BLAST and FASTA format sequence.. Please any one help Me...or Give me simple website link to predict TSS. Else its possible to search in NCBI means please tell that procedure.

Human GADD45A has three transcripts listed on the ncbi gene page: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/1647
All 3 have the same transcriptional start site. Are you thinking that this information is incorrect?
