Hi,
I am working on developing a Biotin Avidin based competition ELISA. However, the competition of the biotynylated with the free protein is not giving a decrease in OD with  change in conc. of the non biotinyalted protein. I have tried with both Mab and Pab  as coating Ab, however i am not able to find a solution to this. Can somebody educate me on this. If you have some reading material on how to develope this Biotin avidin bseed comp ELISA pl let me know.

Can you elaborate more on what type of ELISA you are performing? What you are coating, what you are detecting and what level of signal you are getting...
