Hello.
I'm trying to amplify the b-actin gene in Oncorhynchus mykiss in conventional PCR. I designed the primers with bioinformatic programs but nothing is working, I haven't found primers for DNA for this specie, or similar, like salmo salar... Does anyone have work with this procedure? I need more ideas for the primer design
please, help!
