Hello,
Our lab has used the e-gel system for a few years now, but due to funding cutbacks they are out of our budget. I am relatively new to the lab and have been handed the task of finding agarose. All we need the agarose for is validating our PCR fragments. Can anyone recommend an inexpensive agarose, that still gives decent results? Thank-you very much for any input!
