miRNA overexpression using a plasmid

I am trying to over express a certain miRNA using a pTER plasmid. The plasmid has a stuffer which I can cut out using RE and via the sticky ends insert oligonucleotides of my choice. When I design the oligo's using the sequence from MIRBASE to be inserted into the plasmid, do I keep the sequence or do I replace the Uridine with Thymidine???
