I've been having so much trouble with contamination in my cells lately so I'm trying to completely sterilize everything in the lab. I usually just empty the water bath once a week and spray it with ethanol. I was wondering if it is okay to clean it out with diluted bleach or if anyone has a better way to clean water baths?

Bleach will be fine.  You could also use trigene or virkon, so long as you rinse the water bath out well following cleaning.  I then tend to spray them with ethanol and re-fill with distilled water.
