Hi,
i would like to perform a Histidine-pull down assay but i have a problem with the extraction buffer.
this buffer should not disrupt protein-protein interactions for that i have to use non-ionic detergents. Also, it should not have EDTA or similar compounds because disrupts the binding to magnetic beads.
I have tried to find a commercial buffer with this characteristics but i have not found it.
someone knows about a commercial buffer which this characteristics? or even a handmade buffer which works for this assay?
Thks
