Dear all
I am having a problem with my siRNA experiments. I am using primary DC cells that express GFP and I am trying to know down GFP expression. My readout if flow cytometry and q-PCR. In some of my experiments I have an increase of GFP when adding siRNA GFP when compared to siRNA control. Do you have any ideas why I have such a contradictory results?
Thank you so much for your help.

I've heard of small dsRNA increasing expression. Here's a paper that might start you into the literature of this topic: http://www.nature.co...h0208-122a.html
