Hi,
I am Jyothirmai. Graduate student majoring Biochemistry.
Can anyone please help me out to understand Intrinsic tryptophan fluoroscene method?
Why we use this method and what are the applications of this method?
I am working on the protein glycoprotein 96 (molecular chaperone, hsp). Can we use this method to check conformational changes that are occuring in our protein when subjected to heat shock?
