Hi everyone.

After I finished and crosslinked my blot I realized that I completly forgot  the depurination and desnaturation before blotting.

There is any way to use that membrane? It is for a sourthern blot using DIG

Probably not - you might as well just repeat it anyway, you will have to do this no matter what result you get as you can't be sure whether the result is due to the technical error or not.
