Hi all,

I'm wanting to generate some stable cell lines expressing my gene of interest.
I plan to use BALB/c 3t3 fibroblasts.

I have the gene of interest as pDONR entry clones, and am about to go ahead and generate expression clones using pCDNA3-DEST. My PI has failed with this in the past which got me thinking...

Is there anything better available? What do you use, what would you suggest?

Any ideas and help appreciated.

Yep I've been distracted with other things, but I'd like to try this now... so any suggestions?
