I have to analyze proteins on Agilent 2100 Bioanalyze. They should be purified by immunoprecipitation. The problem is that those two proteins are of the same mass as light and heavy chain of antibody, so I have to do experiment in non-reducing conditions. In that way, I hope I will see both my proteins and L-H chain comlex. Is there a way to do that? How to choose elution buffer, which is compatible with Agilent chip?
