In my microarray results most chipIDs (e.g. 10009_at) are accompanied by the corresponding RefSeq, GeneID, GeneSymbol, etc., but there are a few that only have the chipID. My bioinformatics expert told me that these likely represent non-coding RNAs, including snRNAs and snoRNAs. How do I go about determining the ncRNA identities of these using chipIDs? We are using the HuGene 1.1ST arrays from Affymetrix.

Oh nevermind....the chipID without the "at" is the GeneID.....
