Hi,
The Qiagen Epitect kit comes with 48 spin columns and enough bisulfite conversion reagents for 60 conversions (6x10 samples). Has anyone tried using the protocol on other spin columns?
Cheers

Hi,
my experience is that all commercial kits come with some extra reagent volume, but the one that costs the most is supplied in barely enough volume. This goes for EpiTect kit also - in my experience, you will run out of DNA Protect Buffer till you try to convert your 50 plus sample....
