Hello!
Quick question. Last time I did immunocytochemistry I used DAPI, Alexa Fluor 488 and 594. The DAPI and 594 came out fine, however 488 was not visible. Since, I've heard that DAPI will mask 488 and that Hoechst will not. Can anyone confirm or elaborate? Thanks
P.S. I am assuming that the receptor I was looking for with the 488 is present.
