Hi there!
have anyone used indomethacin in LT assays? I've read that it enhances the LT response by inhibiting the PGE2 synthesis. I'm going to test the antiviral immune response ex vivo by measuring proliferation/INF gamma production. Would you recommend to add this drug to the cultures?
