Dear,
I am searching for the DNA-sequence of ICP4 (IE175) in Herpes virus 1 and 2.
I did found de AA-sequence on pubmed and uniprot, but i don't know how to find the DNA-sequence of this protein.
Can somebody help me with this?

I've just typed the name of your protein (ICP4 (IE175)) on PubMed and selected Nucleotide from the database drop-down. I got 2 hjts doing this: http://www.ncbi.nlm....rm=ICP4 (IE175) the first one is Human herpesvirus genome, the second one I believe is what you are after.
