Dear forum members,
I need spike-in RNA to control and normalize a process of RNA purification + RT-PCR. I work with human samples and TaqMan technology for the PCR. So, ideally, I would like to have some RNA of any species (except human) for which there are commercial primers and probes for TaqMan.
Does anyone know of any commercial (and hopefully cheap) source?
