hye all,

i need some help..no band appear in my sample but I've got band for control positive.. it means that my sample and my antibody still in a good condition. my supervisor said that maybe i need to put something to enhance the protein expression..there are some solution called signal enhancer HIKARI in market that can help to enhance the protein expression..but it is too expensive and maybe its work, maybe not..so is there any cheaper method that can be used to solve this problem?

Can you give more detail as to what your experiment is? What kind of samples are you running- vector expressin cells, endogenous lysates, animal tissues? What are your running conditions?
