how can i get chromosome from mice blastocyst after 3day culture....???
major problem is i can't recovery cells after centrifugation 'cause there are
very small number of cells (about 200 cells) .....
anybody know.....full protocol to get chromosome from small number of cell
or centrifuge technique with small number of cells
tell me........plz
