GST protein expression- 2 bands?

Hi, I used the pGEX-2TK to express GST protein itself as my experimental control in BL21 AI cells. After purification, both the Coomassie blue staining and western blot showed 2 bands, about 26KD and 28KD. Can anyone help me out here?
