Hi all,
while selecting my methylation microarray on agilent website, I noticed that the format of microarray is 244K.
Can anybody please tell me what 244k means. Is it something to do with clustering.
It will be a great help if anybody could clear my doubt. (i know its very basic)

it means 244 000 individual oligo probes per sample on the slide (for one sample).
