Hi my freinds
For my thesis I have to digest PME 6000 broad host range vector by KpnI and XhoI, and clone my favor gene into this vector. I digested PME by mentioned enzyme but i saw tree band on agarose gel but in map of this vector these enzyme had only one site, so I realy confused. please help me and I haven't got sequence of this vector. if every body knows sequence of this vectore I 'm really grateful.
