Does anyone know if large molecular weight protein markers/ladders exist in the market today? Planning to run a Western to detect a 300-400kDa protein and all my markers go up to 250kDa max.

alternatively, you can mix your own reference standard by buying purified proteins of wished size, f.i. at SIGMA
