Hello Everyone,
I have some questions about raw cells, I know it's better to grow them in suspension but if you don't have a Techne stirrer can you use a regular plate stirrer?
Should I do the suspension culture first with RAW cells if they come directly from ATCC, still in the vial, or do they have to go through a separate acclimatization procedure?
Alternately if you can't do suspension culture at all, can you culture them in regular (non TC coated) petri plates? Will they be easily removed (i.e without the need for cell scraping)? Has anyone ever used a low cell binding culture plate with raw cells, and could tell me how effective it was in terms of ease of removal of the culture?
Thanks in advance for your help, I look forward to your feedback.
