is that possible to concentrate pretein in cell culture media?

if it is true how could it been done? and where should I find the protocols?

What do you mean by concentrating protein in culture media? Are you trying to concentrate the protein secreted by the organism? If that is the case I usually concentrate the supernatant (if protein is secreted) using a concentrator.

just use TCA precipitation method, you can find a protocol just writing it in google search, it is a very simple protocol, even if I made careless, it allways works very well. If your protocol do not work just mail me and I will send you mine, take it easy...
