hay everyone!!
got another problem. i'm trying to transform a PGL3 minimal promoter vector (promega) into three lymphocytes cell lines EHEB, Raji and K-562 using lyposome technique (metafectene) using electoporation and fugene 6 but to no avail. please any assistance would be greatly appreciated. i've been trying for months already and had no success.
