I seem to recall that it was a Java-based application from a German University. I just can't find it anymore and would like to quote it for my PhD thesis. Does this look familiar to anyone? Thanks!

You should try to upload the picture, something went wrong trying to do it, I think?

You can attach picture in your messages..

If you don't know it, then ask it! Better to ask and look foolish to some than not ask and stay stupid.

How do I upload a picture to "my media", so that I can attach it to a message? This forum is everything else but self-explanatory... I only manage to upload a small version as my profile picture.

no idea, but a google search with alignment, Sequence logo, protein/amino acid sequence or something similar should help. I guess there aren't so many Sequence logo programs

That is....if she posts at all.

I think it is CLC

You could always download the trial version to check if I'm right?
