So Im a little confused, I am doing a PCR reaction and require 200ng of genomic DNA template, the concentration of my genomic DNA is 34ug/ml (34ng/ul). So is 200ng of template the same as saying 200ng/ul? In that case I would just use C1V1=C2V2 to work out the volume of genomic DNA to use. Is this correct? I am using a 50ul reaction
