Can any ONE have experience in RT PCR tell me how the measure the over expression of mRNA by using housekeeping gene ? do u measuring it by automated machine or you have to ues agrose gel. what is the best to do to measure the quantitative of mRNA?

It is best to use Real-Time PCR machines for this kind of measurement.

When you have no experience with real-time, best way is to first search and read something about it.
