Hello everyone.
We'll start a new project so I will appreciate a lot if experienced users can give some advice on which cell lines to order for RGD targeting.
We already selected a few from breast cancer and colon cancer. Additionally, we would like to purchase pancreatic cancer cell lines and bone cancer cell lines for RGD targeting.
Could anyone recommend cell lines that are adherent and easy to work with? I know that there are millions of papers on this but I always prefer practical tips from actual users such as "cells form clumps when trypsinized" etc.
