Hi Guys
I was wandering about one of my protein that I want to change the His-tag from N-terminal end to C-terminus with thrombine site. I don't know how to do it. Could some one help me which the easiest/quickest way to do it.

The easiest will be to subclone into a vector with a c-terminal tag, or to PCR out the gene using primers that include the His tag sequence.
