Hi,
I'm new to the area of stem cells and much advuce/suggestions wpuld be appreciated.
I'm screening the effect of chinese medicine on colon cancer stem cell lines. A good control would be healthy cancer stem cell line. Are there such cell lines? Or do I just use normal colon epithelal cell line?

if you are specifically going to target CSCs (side population) then I think, you'll have to use adherent cells (non-cancer stem cells or non-side population) from the same cell line as a control.
