[yusii]

so i need to clone 5 genes into an expression vector. im designing primers for thos purpose and my plan is as follows:

first gene primer (easy)

Second gene primer (easy)

3rd, 4rth and 5th (all together) and this where the problem is. so my forward primer shoud start from the 3rd gene and my reverse primer should be from the 5th gene? is that right? something like this :  
do i need to add RBS?
