hi,is there any ways i can extract DNA from boiled blood??

We use the QIAgen Blood extraction kit for different types of specimens highly contaminated with red blood cells. It is very efficient in our lab even if rbc have been lysed.If the potential presence of PCR inhibitors might be a problem, wash twice with buffer AW1 instead of just once.
