Should have payed attention during Biology class since it has been taking up the last 5 years of my life...
I have been studying the North Atlantic Lobster and its life behaviors and characteristics. Having successfully extracted blood and separated the white blood cells out... I am now out of my comfort zone and need a little guidance. After removing the plasma from centrifuge tube, a mass of pasty cells are left. Now what? I would like to preserve the cells and more importantly proteins in those cells.
I'm sure there are a lot of missing information within my question but I'm here to learn. Thanks
