I need the vector map for the pCCL vector (pCCL.PGK.GFP.WPRE more specifically). At the very least I need the universal forward and reverse sequencing primers for this construct. Can anyone help me?

I don't know that vector but a quick google search and I've found plenty of hits to data bases and papers.....  

First hit  http://www.addgene.org/10881/   exactly matches your query, thou not actual map.
Second hit http://www.addgene.org/12252/   seems very similar but as I say, I don't actually know the vector anyway.  It has a map.

Both ones take you to other links with primers lists...   and the list goes on...
