Hi to all
does anybody know the effect of DMSO on gene expression? I mean I have treated my cells by 2 different drugs. one is solved in methanol and the other in DMSO. but the control ones of them in western blotting have  bands  with different intensity.

Were the controls ones where you added DMSO only (no drugs)?
