SH Sy 5y cells cracking

Hi everyone,
I've got problem with sh sy5y cells, after thawing they start to crack and medium is full of cells debrise. only few cells start to attach. Also the are hard to centrifuge.
Cells are frozen in DMEM with 0,1xDMSO, the same protocol is used for HEK 293 and everything is fine.
