Hi,
I'm beginning my 'adventure' with life sciences and I'm rather confused on what people consider to be the 'standard protein buffers'. I would like to assume average needs - fully understand that different proteins and techniques require sample-specific components.
For example, I've got a 9.5kDa protein domain in a 20mM sodium phosphate buffer (ph 8) which I would like to use for some biophysical analysis. Can I assume that it currently has sufficient 'standard' folding conditions?
Thanks
