Hi,
I have a question, and its answer can make my life easier.
I had sheep embryo fibroblasts (passage 5) and i infected those with Lentivirus particles. From that day they are growing very slowly. Untransduced sheep fibroblasts are at passage 13 while transduced ones are at Passage 7, now. My supervisor suggested to use 2-mercaptoethanol to enhance the growth. I searched a lot for the concentration of 2-ME in fibroblasts but i couldnt find one. I found 50uM for lymphocytes but nothing for fibroblasts.
I can optimize it but i dont have not enough to run this experiment on those and also i dont want to loss those cells.
Please help me.
Thanks
