Hello everyone,

by lack of money in my laboratory we have no incubator CO2.and my question is: can we do in a lymphocytes culture in incubator without CO2.

Hello, sagni2002. I used to culture lymphocytes in sealed sterile  (30ml) universal tubes (in case you have a problem with culture flasks as well), without CO2.

Cell slave is correct, you can grow all cells without CO2 in a selaed tissue culture flask. However you must use a media that has 25mM HEPES buffer AND refed constantly to replenish oxygen
