hi all!
i am trying to analyse the secondary structure of a protein using ATR-FTIR. my protein of interest has a predominantly beta content. but after repeated attempts, i am unable to successfully band fit and get the desired secondary structure of my protein. can anybody with expertise in FTIR analysis share some points on protein sec. str. analysis. thanks in advance
