Hi, I have a liquid sample containing both human cells and bacteria. It was stored at -80C for ~5 months. Now, I want to do some study about the bacteria DNA (PCR) level. My question is, will the hunam/bacteria DNA be degraded/cleaved during the storage? Thanks!

They should be fine, so long as they have remained frozen.
