Hi all,
We are working with the breast cancer cell line HCC1599. It grows in huge aggregations (clumps) and we would like to have them separated for the purpose of cell counting. Vigorus pipetting does not help. Does anyone have any experience in breaking clumps? I used to work with Lonza's anti-clumping agent, but it's mostly designed for CHO cells. However I know that it's basically ferric citrate or dextran sulfate. Any idea would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
