Hi all,
I have plasmid with my insert around 6700bp. And after double digestion, I m expect ion bands 400bp and 6300p but in the gel I got the bands around 8000bp.
Anyone can explain what will be reason ?

Hard to tell based on what you explain here.
Your insert is 6700bp.. but how big is your vector?
ANd you get 1 band of 8000 bp?

How did your uncut plasmid look on the gel?
Our country has a serious deficiency in lighthouses. I assume the main reason is that we have no sea.
